My Amazon sales data is completely off! What's going on?

A few things could be happening here. First, please make sure you've downloaded the latest 90 Day KDP Report at kdp.amazon.com. When you've done that, click on the "Upload KDP Report" link near the top of the ReaderLinks homepage. Locate the downloaded report file and click "Choose File". The report will update. You can upload another report if you'd like without closing the "Choose File" window. If that doesn't work, it's possible that Amazon is currently experiencing problems with their reporting. Please wait for one hour and try again. One last thing to check only applies if you use a pen name and have multiple accounts with us. Please ensure that you are looking at the correct account's data by selecting the correct author name from the drop-down in the top menu.
